The American Legion has been recognized as an organization with the greatest fiduciary trustworthiness for our veterans, youth, and community! 100% of your donations go directly to the programs that The American Legion administers and supports!
We are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization made up of veterans and their families; our proceeds go towards Veterans Programs, including the transitioning of our wounded soldiers (In 2008, our Post contributed $10,000 to Wounded Warriors-Heroes to Hometowns), Community Service, such as supporting the 4th of July Parade and Towsontowne Spring Festival, Flag Disposal Ceremonies, Children & Youth programs, such as Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, High School Oratorical contests, Legion summer camps called "Boys State" and "Girls State" where our youngest citizens learn about Government, as well as other organizations, such as The Cancer Society, Epilepsy, The Red Cross, and Children's Miracle Network, to name a very few. We support the Towson community and surrounds. Why not be a part of that by patronizing our fundraising events!
Also, stop in and see if you're eligible to be a member! Do you have a spouse, father/mother, grandfather/grandmother who is a veteran? You could be eligible to join the Post, the Auxiliary or the Sons of The American Legion! Check it out!
ALL YOU CAN EAT - DROP IN - SPAGHETTI DINNER
5-7 p.m., Homemade on-site, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Salad, Dessert, and [one] 1 of the following: can of soda, or one draft beer, or one glass wine (additional beverages available for $1). Served in upper hall. Cost: $7.50 adults; Children 3-10 $4; Children 2 and under are free. Carry-out available. No need to reserve space. Grab a friend from work or come alone. Sit anywhere, socialize. Have dinner before you get home. Avoid the rush hour traffic!
